By deploying the HRMindMap OS Fleet, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. This platform is designed for professional organizational use only.

2. License to Orchestrate

HRMindMap OS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our Agentic Swarm for internal HR operations. You are responsible for ensuring all data provided to the system is accurate and legally obtained.

3. Automated Compliance

While our agents are engineered for 99.9% accuracy in statutory filings, the final legal responsibility for compliance remains with the organization's Mission Commander. We recommend regular audits of AI-generated filings.

4. Usage Limits

Deployment scale is dictated by your subscription tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). Unauthorized attempts to reverse-engineer agentic protocols or bypass node limits will result in immediate termination of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

HRMindMap OS shall not be held liable for organizational decisions made based on AI-predictive coaching or sentiment analysis. Agents provide intelligence; humans execute leadership.
